1. Was this the same Hotel room people were talking about? Don't take me wrong, but this was not the FOUR/FIVE STAR Hotel people were mentioning.

7. We called the hotel who had suddenly lost their friendliness again and denied that they had done anything wrong, we had to get our bank to contact them and it finially took 5 days to get the money back.

8. Sadly I therefore have to advise that if anything goes wrong dont expect them to offer any support or assistance.
