4. the thing is, it was such a simple question, with a simple answer - why was this employee trained and managed to provide that level of service to guests?We've stayed in 30+ Westins and this was by far the worst one we've stayed in.

Well we arrived precisely at 3pm for check-in, there was a massive line which i couldnt understand at first,, but as I approached the front desk I was 'greeted'' by a young lady named 'Sammy' who had the worst attitude as she said 'welcome to Westin, how can I serve you,' I smiled, provided her with the details and requested confirmation on my original requests.
