1. Aside from the room confusion, the only real complaints were that the faucet ran hot and warm water rather than hot and cold and the shower/tub filled with water while showering, then drained VERY slowly.

4. hotel was spotless and we had no complaints at all,from doorman to bellhops to desk clerk,all went out of their way to accomodate.
