However I would have hoped from a little help from the hotel, they could clealy see what the issue was from all the paperwork and communicationl with the agent but they basically didnt want to help at all, they eventually became super friendly when they spoke to the agent and the issues were sorted out, but it was so fake as they had been so rude 10 seconds before, we spent nearly an hour trying to get the issue sorted then suddenly all smiles and over the top help.
