1. Aside from the room confusion, the only real complaints were that the faucet ran hot and warm water rather than hot and cold and the shower/tub filled with water while showering, then drained VERY slowly.

3. I'm not sure which was worse -- the poor service by maids, bellmen, and doormen or the internet connection which was powered by hamsters on exercise wheels and was so slow as to be completely useless.
