1. he said he would take care of it and gave us two $35 breakfast coupons (which we used for a nice--but pricey-- breakfast) since the housekeeping had been so lax and unresponsive to our requests.

10. There is only one restaurant in the hotel with a limited menu; there is no local sports channel in the rooms, so we were unable to watch a White Sox ballgame unless we stayed in the bar, also pricey (no nuts/chips offered).
