1. The Bad: Encountered black mold on the caulking in the corners of the bathtub/shower, dirty windows and window sill (interior of course), and a completely useless cheap plastic cork-screw.

9. After a late night out, it was annnoying to hear the lady in the room above us walking around in heels at seven in the morning, but what can you do about that? The lobby was pretty and nice, but the elevators seemed rundown and dirty.
