1. The hotel was much more run down than your typical Westin, which was dissappointing, but not a big deal.

5. We were also able to hear alot of traffic noise even on the 14th floor, which was surprising, but not a big deal.

7. In any other hotel, this would not be a big deal at all, however for a 4-star, I suppose we expected the accomodations to be virtually perfect, and they weren't.
