1. I think the staff attentiveness is the 'downside' of this hotel.

2. The only real downside appears to be the ever present queues at reception both checking in and checking out at all times of the day and I think it is because they seem to have staff on computers at reception who never seem to deal with customers.

5. downside, the doorman accidently dropped the tray of homemade deviled eggs on the ground , while unloading items from the car.
