1. The lobby was lovely and smelled even lovelier, not sure what they have filtered in but it was a yummy scent.

4. Back downstairs, the bar to the left of the lobby is fine for drinks but smells too much of disinfectant for my liking and the staff can be surly too if you don't immediately know what you want to drink.

5. So many things I can mention but will point out room was not ready on time again, my room smelled like smoke AGAIN, service at the front desk was slow and not friendly.
