1. The noise is an issue and also needs a bit updating.

2. Outside of some slight maintenance issues (tub didn't drain properly and calking missing in between the tiles), the room was well maintained and clean.

8. The sound from the adjoining rooms could be an issue as any sound the neighbors made when arriving or leaving was clearly audible but fortunately I was lucky with the neighbors I had.
