When I asked why they wash with scented fabric softener, a no no for hotels, I was told Chicago's water was hard and the towels would be
uncomfortable
.

I pay $350 a night for a hotel room and I am not allowed to adjust the temperature to what I would like it? We told her that we would like it cooler and feel

Our family (2 adults/2 teenagers) had arrived by Amtrak overnight sleeper from Memphis - a very disappointing experience, had booked deluxe cabins but found them sleazy and very
uncomfortable
- so we were more than ready for some luxury.
