The lady at concierge sounded like a
broken
record when she recommended places though.

Our ironing board was
broken
as well, and because we didn't want to get charged for it, we told the front desk.

It did not say this anywhere so I thought the handle was
broken
and actually called maintenance - I was embarassed when they told me I simply had to pull the handle first.
