2. When I asked why they wash with scented fabric softener, a no no for hotels, I was told Chicago's water was hard and the towels would be uncomfortable.

3. Sometimes it is hard to get your room cleaned - if you have the do not disturb sign up in the mornings and then go out in the afternoons, housekeeping may have already been in your part of the hall and will not come back and check - they will call your room and leave a message, which you will not receive if you are not in the room.

8. Honestly, it is not that hard to split the charges between two credit cards, and I won`t call back to have it fixed a third time but its not worth it.
