1. It's almost worth paying the $20 a night to upgrade to a river view room--much quieter--but if you rightfully complain the hotel will change your rooms.

9. I contacted the front desk to complain and was told they would upgrade my room for no extra charge, but when I entered the new room I found that, while the room had a separate shower, it still didn't have a hot tub.
