3. My only complaint is that our water glasses appeared to have small bits of paper floating in them, which was odd, and my glass had a chapstick imprint of someone's lip on the edge.

5. Room was nice and my only complaint was that the doors slam very loudly so you can definitely hear when anyone down the hall is coming or going.

6. Here is my one complaint if Marriott is reading this, you do such a good job making REN different at the your resort locations (ie the Vinoy or Hollywood) but your downtown locations are aaaaaaaa.

8. My one complaint is that the elevator music is LOUD in the elevator lobby and I could hear it in my room.

9. The hotel can't keep guests from being a bit loud while enjoying themselves, but they did all they could to keep them quiet after receiving complaints, so I appreciated that.
