1. Never was aked as I checked out how my stay was or if the problem was rectified.

2. The only problem is some of the rooms on the east side of the hotel (rooms numbers that end with 02-20), are too close to the train track, so it can get noisy.

6. The only problem with the bathroom for me was that there was no fan or good ventilation, so when I took a shower the room got very foggy.

7. My room was right next to the elevators and I was concerned at first but the walls are thick here and noise was only an occasional problem due to inconsiderate guests.

8. The loop train might be noisy in some of the lower floor rooms but from the 20th floor not a problem at all.

9. I've stayed in Chicago many times and have experienced the same problem at all hotels, so there isn't anything that can be done about that.
