1. Have to say I was disappointed in the front desk service - took three visits over three days to correct what should have been an easy billing issue.

8. When mentioned these issues to front desk at checkout(we just used the other shower as it was late when we discovered the problem) they apologized but made no offer to adjust bill which seems like it would have been appropriate.

10. There is anywhere from 5 star dining to fast food within about 15 feet of the door, so that shouldn't be an issue.
