1. When I consider the hotel on balance, I must say that there are no negatives that jump out to me.

4. Only negatives were no free internet in rooms and breakfast choices in the hotel were not great tasting and were expensive-but we just went out to eat at one of the many places close by.

5. Two minor negatives: (1) the $50 valet fee, but that's to be expected, about on par with other hotels in the city, and a must considering the location at State and Wacker (2) the bartenders at the hotel lobby bar were out of their depth.

7. The only negative was that the business center is not open on the weekends, however we were able to check in for our flight and print out boarding passes.

8. There are some negatives, none of which are any fault of the staff, but rather the fault of the people responsible for the interior design and maintenance/renewal of the structure itself.

10. They should investigate how to make the doors to the rooms close quietly instead of slamming shut - it is probably the only negative to our stay.
