1. The manager did a good job--but it should not be my inconvenience to move--when the hotel could reasonably predict a loud night since they put certain types of people (poor priceliner's) in the same area.

Here are my feelings:Pros-Great Location- 7 minute walk to Magnificent Mile shopping and good location to other popular spotsRooms are roomy for a big city locationRooms are nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and the AC system works without making loud noises which I am finding at alot of hotelsBathroom is very nice and towels are very luxuriousBig HDTVValets are very helpful with getting you a cabRooms arent boxy and are a bit unique.
