3. I'd be intrigued to know if the hotel is talking with the police about the car honking, the bars about controlling their patrons outside the door w their doormen, and maybe even their architects about triple glazing the rooms - what a shame.

8. Given the horrible NON-view, I opted to not spend any time in my room at all, which is a shame because the actual room itself was quite comfortable.
