1. The event staff were extremely difficult to deal with in the run up to the event, completely unresponsive to both phone and e-mail.

6. how do I put this delicately?- there was a large picture window in the bathroom with no shade and no way of covering it, and for a male guest, well let's just say you would have a VERY difficult time not serving as entertainment for the building across the street.
