1. rooms are very sparse, not especially well appointed, mine faced into a back yard of a bar which was very noisy.

6. I don't know if its because I haven't been here during the sunny season, most trips falling when you'd probably rather not be outside - or perhaps I used to stay out until dawn - but I have found that the past two nights ie weekend nights, have been OUTRAGEOUSLY noisy.

8. I think the rooms facing the back would be less noisy than those facing the front as the front street is quite busy.

9. We had a basic room with backyard view, which was the only 'negative' thing about the hotel but it was quiet at night because street-side located rooms might be a little more noisy as it is a nightlife area.
