1. The hotel itself is still super chic and comfortable - I LOVE the mattress, seriously wish I had purchased one of them instead of the new overly expensive mattress we recently bought.

2. My pet peaves were all addressed here: plenty of big white towels in the bathroom (not the standard kimpton 2), complimentary wifi (for any hotel more expensive than $100/night, it should always be free), friendly front desk staff.

3. Unfortunately I left an expensive fountain pen in the room and after multiple attempts to notify the hotel's lost and found department (as well as the hotel manager) I never received a return phone call.

6. the hotel's downstairs restaurant turns club towards the end of the week and weekend, but i did not hear any noise at all from the 8th floor and ive stayed at expensive hotels and heard noises on the 20th floor.

7. They moved us from our expensive suite overlooking some graffiti on the 8th floor after 2 nights and placed us on a 15th floor Suite.

8. The Suites are badly designed ( bathrooms being located in the middle of the suites thus breaking up the flow of the rooms,making them feel dark,cramped and pokey ) and feel smaller than the ( less expensive.

9. The mini bar (fridge) is extremely well-stocked but we didn't use any of the expensive items.
