3. The area is good for bars and restaurants, but the streets are in a dreadful state in the area, not dangerous just broken and grubby, we much prefer, Greenwich.

The room itself had nice touches (eg Ipod docking station; nice shower stuff), and a nice seating area, but looked a little dated in parts (the wardrobes are quite scruffy and scuffed and the bathroom door came off its hinges one time - someone was sent very quickly to fix it but it really shouldn't have happened and was quite dangerous as the door was heavy).

5. a bustling, young and vibrant neighborhood at times but NOT scary or unsafe, unless you consider the occassional drunk coed falling off her heels and bumping into you on a late Saturday night dangerous.
