1. The room we had was on the 9th floor, which was disappointing, but the room and view was still beautiful, however, there is a roof parking lot right outside the hotel, and people in new york tend to bring chairs to their roofs and sit up there, so even if you are on the 9th floor, you will not really be getting any privacy with your floor to ceiling windows.

3. As an Asian who is used to the wide array of amenities offered by Asian hotels, I was mildly disappointed when I found out that there was no toothbrush, bedroom slippers and cutlery in the room.

5. I was a little disappointed on my last stay that the room I was in didn't have the electric-operated draperies anymore (seems like they broke and they just replaced them with standard curtains).

8. When we arrived, they gave us the lowest possible room (the view was still good) and said they couldnt change it for at least three days, which was disappointing, but they sorted it at the end of our stay and we stayed on the 14th floor, which we LOVED.
