1. As I said I had a nice, large room with floor-to-ceiling windows but it was plainly dirty; I even found toe nails in the carpet -disgusting.

10. dirty and in summer very very smelly, there are also a couple of shelters in the area so quite a high population of drunks/addicts/homeless people.
