1. All in all I would highly recommend this property unfortunately I did not check the extra taxes that were added onto our bill.

4. The staff at the front desk were very helpful upon check in & after cheekily asking if we could be upgraded & unfortunately being told the hotel was full, the wonderful receptionist said if we were willing to wait a little while, they could put us in a king room on the 25th (top.

5. unfortunately the hotel kept telling us the bank was at fault and we needed to tell the bank to release the money.

6. My poor daughter lost her special toy in a cab on the way there from the airport and the staff were as helpful as they could be in ringing the cab company and telling us what else we could do (unfortunately with no luck.

7. As an aside, unfortunately the price of accomodation in NY vs other international cities still seems too high, perhaps a travellers revolution is needed for NY to rethink their taxes and general service charges.

8. unfortunately, we were disappointed in the size of the area where the sofa bed was located, with its adjoining tiny kitchenette (once the sofa bed was opened, you could not get to the window).
