1. We had a small issue with our air-conditioning system which was promptly fixed.

7. If you health or physical issues that prevent taking the stairs then I'm not sure if these older (albeit gorgeous) hotels are the best fit for you and your vacation.

8. I was not impressed with this and asked to speak to the Manager, at which time we were offered a discounted rate to compensate for this issue, which we accepted and were comfortable with this.

9. The only issue we had, was that we were given a room with a double bed, when it was supposed to be a King sized bed.

10. The staff downstairs were good to deal with however we did find that the daily maid service was a little hit and miss and it is annoying to have to pay for hi-fi but these are minor issues.
