1. Overall, it was a good experience and for me the positives outweigh the negatives.

2. Only negative was the staff (apart from doormen and cleaning staff) were really rude and not interested in helping with information at all other than giving us a map.

3. If we had one negative comment it would be the yapping dogs on flooor 14 (book another floor for this reason), they yapped a lot while we were in and were very annoying - I think some rooms belong to residents, hence the dogs.
