1. I limited myself to one meal a day at the end of the day so that I could just be in my hotel when I got sick because there was no where within 20 minutes drive or 1 hour walk that did not include this disgusting lard.

3. I got sick and ill from eating at the restaurants because they drown, douse and marinate everything in a lard they refer to as Cuban Criolla Butter, which is just another term for lard.
