1. I knew we were in for a great experience from the moment we stepped out of our airport shuttle and we're greeted by Ken who cracked a joke (with a really poor attempt at an Aussie accent) and welcomed us to the hotel.

3. My poor daughter lost her special toy in a cab on the way there from the airport and the staff were as helpful as they could be in ringing the cab company and telling us what else we could do (unfortunately with no luck.

7. Nice place, Nice rooms bigger than regular NY hotelsI travel with kids , so place with TV and other ammenities good enough, nice rooms, just renewed, myabe a poor service inbathroom supplies, but nice, I think for the same price I paid i can book a room at the Waldorf, but little smaller room.
