1. Our room had small kitchen and bathroom, but lots of wardrobe space and a view over noisy Broadway.

10. Having never been to NY before I can honestly say that I wouldn't have wanted to stay in the heart, as it gets too crazy and noisy there and the subway at 72nd st is fantastic for getting to Times Sq, etc.
