1. The only downside (and why I couldn't give it a 5 star) is the air-conditioning didn't seem to work even after mentioning it the first night (they did get the fan working).

2. The only downsides were since our room was so close to the elevator, we heard the pullies and the opening/closing of the doors all night; the carpet was a bit frayed in corners.

3. The only downside is there is no bar, or cafe area, which is unusual for a hotel of this size, although there is a great market across the road and upstairs is a cool cafe type restaurant, were you can get a very good breakfast or any kind of meal.
