1. I do understand this in nYC and other major cities around the world but i have stayed in 8 hotels in nYC this year and this is by far the worst for all emntioned above.

6. Written in our reservation '25 years anniversery, prefeer room at lower floor' was fullfilled but with non refurbished room and the worst wiew you could imagine.
