For that kind of money I would have expected more than a tired and dated room, no breakfast, a dysfunctional and noisy cooling unit (which is is required as the 16th floor rooms get seriously hot even though it's freezing outside), no black out blinds (or full width blinds of any kind for that matter) and no free wifi (which always annoys me greatly when expensive hotels charge you for this now basic service).
