1. The rooms (executive) are small, but clean and quite up-to-date.

2. We were part of a tour and I think we were in the cheap seats(on the 6th floor in a dated double x 2 room with the air-con unit in the window with a bit of board around it) that being said it was quite comfortable although it was hard to get used to being in a double bed when you are used to a queen, my husbands feet hung out the bottom.

3. ) The Lobby was dreary and dated, not welcoming at all.

4. The hotel itself is not exactly chic and is a little out of date but the location more than makes up for it.
"Excellent location hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
5. We did not think our room was the most up to date you can find (and we apparently did have an upgraded room), but it was spacious and facilities were clean.

6. For that kind of money I would have expected more than a tired and dated room, no breakfast, a dysfunctional and noisy cooling unit (which is is required as the 16th floor rooms get seriously hot even though it's freezing outside), no black out blinds (or full width blinds of any kind for that matter) and no free wifi (which always annoys me greatly when expensive hotels charge you for this now basic service).
"Great location, shame about the hotel. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/10/2011 Vote
7. Room was okay, but pretty dated, and both beds smelled not fresh.

8. Room was basic, old furniture, dated but clean and good location.
"Just OK " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/9/2011 Vote
9. The furniture, though, was a little tired and dated but entirely functional.
"Excellent location for touring the Big Apple " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/20/2011 Vote
10. The decor is slightly dated and the window air conditioner could not keep the room super cool, but it was definitely fine for sleeping and considering how hot is was outside, I think the AC did the trick.
"Great location and definitely recommended! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/3/2011 Vote
