Our complaints (we are seasoned travelers, so do we don't complain easily and generally roll with it but)- the hotel is very expensive for what you get --- but it is NYC, the lighting was extremely dim, the room was very cramped, there weren't too many available outlets (I had to unplug lights to use their defunct hair dryer)) the doorman was usually busy doing something unrelated and not opening the doors, the elevator was always busy, so we used the stairs most of the time.
