Nice hotel, good location, but mangers rude and arrogant, and they will give away your room if your flight is delayed, as we did inform them, and anyway, it was clear that everyone was having problems with the snow that weekend and sense would tell you if someone had paid for an upgraded room for a week, they would be in touch to cancel , not class as `a no show`.

4. We were tired and hungry and the manager on at the time was rude and arrogant, he said we could have a standard room, and that we failed to notify them we would be late.

5. Was warned New Yorkers can be quite rude and abrupt (hell yes) but that was certainly not the case at the hotel.

So,, better to be rude and yelling than positive and kind,,??Well I have to admit, they changed us to a refurbished room at a higher level, but as a reminder,, we booked three different hotels, three differnet high class restaurants, and this was the only place we was disapointed to have choosed.
