1. the safe didn't work (broken for some time by the looks of it), the hairdryers provided didn't work for longer than 2 minutes (we got through 3 of them.

9. The room was dingy, shower head was falling out of the wall, the cabinet doors wouldn't close because the hinges were broken, the view was the back ends of other dingy buildings, walls were paper thin, you couldn't sit straight on the toilet because it was too close to the wall.
