1. But these issues weren't really a big deal at all ;-)The provided toiletries were very upscale and replenished daily--although for some reason, our soap on the countertop kept disappearing most days.

3. Also, keep the chain lock on the door, both mornings housekeeping attempted to get in before 9 am after softly knocking, but it wasn't a big deal, they just moved on.
