1. This is really the only negative that we found and honestly not really an issue to us.

4. Cabs were always waiting outside the hotel, so it was never an issue to flag one down.

5. The other traveler comments are accurate - the hotel desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, the doormen were always cheery, the concierge was usually helpful (depending on who was working), the elevators did fill up but we didn't run into any big issues with it.

6. But these issues weren't really a big deal at all ;-)The provided toiletries were very upscale and replenished daily--although for some reason, our soap on the countertop kept disappearing most days.

10. I think this is a bit ridiculous as what if you don't happen to have photo ID with you? They won't accept seeing all your bank cards and one time the receptionist saw my photo ID then demanded to see it again within 2 minutes before he would issue the card.
