3. On calling reception to complain, someone was sent to our room immediately to sort it - however, we were told that no heating was on and instead we could open the windows or put the air con on.

7. well the footpath was dug up by jackhammers all day starting at 7am and the gym had workers climbing in and out of the windows as we worked out (we even had to let them in)We complained at the front desk and was told it would be passed on to the manager.

8. Although some complain about the lifts being slow there are four in total so I would suggest that guests try the lifts at either end of the corridor during busy times.
