1. I've stayed at many Embassy Suites in the US for business and this hotel was by far the worst.

2. The breakfast is the worst I have ever seen in a Hotel, no one to show you to your table, no service what so ever and by the time I had broken through a scrum of people to get some food it took me so long to find a table that the food was cold.

4. The worst thing about this hotel is the mini bar that if you dare touch it will charge you for looking, and the fact that a porter takes your bags to the front desk and then leaves for someone else to take your bags to your room.
