1. The rooftop bar was still not opened and they were doing construction on the lobby so I can see why the prices are reduced for now.

Our room was over looking the the busy office streets below and the building opposite was being constructed - at first thought i was dissapointed that the view wasnt as good as one of the Hudson River, but in the end I ended up really enjoying the view as there were interesting and random everyday things to see.
