1. However, the next morning when we went to pick up our vouchers from the front desk, we were told it is not possible and the staff gave us attitude when we explained the issue.

3. However management still needs to fix some technical problems (room telephone not working, electronic power issues in reaturant so that we had to wait 45 minutes plus for some fried eggs etc).

5. We were upgraded for being a HHonors Gold, and then again due to our first room having an electrical issue.

6. The hotel is a little isolated, and the distance to the subway was a little inconvenient (about 5 blocks) but the price made up for these issues.

9. We also had a refrigerator put in the room and a minor issue with the bathroom - both were sorted out quickly by the maintenance guy.
