1. An hour later we got our room which was beautifully designed with a modern decor, however when we arrived there was trash and dirty linens just outside our door which was less than desirable.

5. Once used and placed in the sink , housekeeping simply put the dirty glasses (with my lipstick still on them) back on the tray and NEVER emptied the ice bucket of the water from melted ice.

7. I found the cleanliness to be fine for NYC (but a bit dirty by the standards of most other US cities)-- mildew in the shower grout and the edges of the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time.

9. Problem#2: nobody picks up dirty dishes from room service in the hallway, despite two phone calls to pick it up it is not done, some old plate of ribs stays there more than 24h.

10. Breakfast was horrendously busy and we struggled to get a table, eventually sitting at a table with dirty plates left on it, but the food was plentiful and delicious so not all bad.
