2. A few less people in suits and ties walking around telling you which horribly long line to get into and a few more people cooking and serving?This experience unfortunately and significantly depressed my rating for what is a clean, well-positioned splendidly designed hotel with lots of upside.

4. The crazy part is that the a horrible storm had hit New York City and when I arrived the hotel was struggling with the unexpected flooding.
