1. However, we were very disappointed that the customer service and technical difficulties we had in our rooms was not up to par as other Conrad hotels we stayed in previously.

9. The only disappointing thing to me is I guess the hotel/building have been recently purchased and amenities that used to be in the building (such as the DSW shoe store, movie theater, etc.

10. I chose the hotel because I thought it would be a great place for numerous friends and family members to meet up since they were traveling from all over the USA and it did not disappoint.
