3. The room appears very clean but shows signs of poor cleaning, dusty on corners but it's a great size room, king bed very comfortable, pull out couch mattress very hard, living room with plenty of seating space , plenty of towels.

5. Customer service in trying to contact the hotel before arriving was very poor (took 3 tries and still couldn't get through) but once we arrived we were very comfortable and thrilled with the space and cleanliness of our room.
